External Referral Bonus Program

Interested in earning some extra cash while helping a successful enterprise mobility company expand?

We are currently seeking top technical talent to join Verivo Software’s innovative product development team. We are paying an external referral bonus of $7,500 for the following product development positions.

(NOTE: Referrals submitted any other way will NOT be eligible for the external referral bonus.)

Rules and Guidelines:

  1. You must send your external referral candidate to externalreferrals@verivo.com or you will not be eligible to receive the referral bonus. You must provide the name of the candidate, contact method and resume if applicable along with your (referrer) name and contact information.
  2. Positions qualifying for our external referral bonus include:
    1. Senior Software Engineer in Test
  1. Please find a link to all of these Product Development positions on the Verivo Careers page. All positions listed under the “Product Development” are included in this external referral bonus program. NO OTHER open positions at Verivo are eligible for the external referral bonus.
  1. The subject line of the email submission must include the referral candidate’s first and last name, and the specific position in question. (For example: John Smith —Software Engineer)
  2. In the event that more than one person refers the same candidate and such candidate is hired by Verivo, Verivo will award the external referral bonus to the first referrer.
  3. The external referral bonus does not apply for candidates who are already in Verivo’s database, have previously applied or have been previous employee or have been provided to Verivo through another source (agency, employee referral, job fairs).
  4. Candidates, agencies and third party vendors are not eligible for participation in this external referral bonus program.
  5. You must be over eighteen (18) years old to participate.
  6. Your referral candidate must accept an offer for employment within two (2) months of your referral.
  7. Once your referral candidate has successfully completed ninety (90) calendar days of active, continuous employment with Verivo, we will send you the Seven Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($7,500) referral bonus within thirty (30) days of such date.
  8. You must complete and return a Form W9 in order to receive the referral bonus. This form will be supplied to you by Verivo Software upon an accepted offer by your referral candidate.
  9. You are solely responsible for paying taxes on the referral bonus you receive.
  10. This external referral program will commence as of 12:00 a.m. (PST) on Jan. 28, 2013 and will extend until further notice from Verivo Software.
  11. The terms and conditions of this external referral bonus program are subject to change or be terminated at any time in Verivo’s sole  discretion.
