Prior to accepting his current position of CEO in 2010, Steven Levy served as an active member of the Verivo’s Board of Directors. As CEO, he has led the company in dramatic growth, increased product investment, and expanded the reach of sales. Levy’s ability to create new revenue models, extend the company’s business offerings, and identify new market expansion opportunities allows Verivo to thrive.
Before joining the company, Levy co-founded and served as CEO of Macgregor Group Inc., an order management system provider, for 15 years. He eventually led the sale of the software firm to ITG for approximately $250 million. Levy holds a BS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering and an MS in Artificial Intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Arny Epstein is responsible for leading the company’s technology roadmap, overseeing execution of global product development strategy and product management operations. With 30 years of software leadership experience, Epstein has a track record of driving innovation in organizations and managing multi-product architecture.
Prior to joining Verivo Software, Epstein was CTO at Liquid Machines, responsible for product evangelism and overall product-line architecture. Previously, he was co-founder and CTO of SilverStream Software, where he evaluated and managed the company’s technical opportunities, investments and strategic partnerships and also led architectural consistency across products. He was CTO at Watermark and chief architect at Lotus Development Corporation. Epstein holds a Ph.D. in Astrophysics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Vic Pierni is responsible for leading the company’s financial, legal, and administrative activities, from strategic finance, to human resources. Pierni has over 20 years of financial management and mergers and acquisitions experience within the software and high technology sector, which provides him with the expertise he brings to Verivo.
Prior to joining the company, Pierni was CFO at ITG Solutions Network (formerly The Macgregor Group Inc.), where he was instrumental in developing the company’s financial infrastructure prior to the sale of Macgregor to ITG for approximately $250 million. Prior to ITG, Pierni held senior positions at CMGI and KPMG. At KPMG, Pierni directed numerous audits as well as merger and acquisition advisory projects for private equity and strategic acquisition clients. Pierni was recognized by Boston Business Journal as a 2010 “CFO of the Year” award honoree. He is a CPA with a BS from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management and an MBA from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
T.L. Neff is responsible for leading all customer facing operations, including relationship management, professional services, support, training and hosting. He ensures that the organization has the proper alignment and execution capabilities necessary to deliver customer value and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prior to Verivo, Neff held a diverse set of positions across a wide range of technology and business segments, with extensive management experience at Thomson Reuters and Accenture. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
As a mobile industry pioneer, Christopher Willis helped set the direction for marketing of applications and application platforms over a decade ago. Since then he has remained at the forefront of the industry, propelling Verivo to a leadership position in a rapidly evolving segment. Leveraging a measured combination of marketing communications, media management, online, social media, and multi-media outreach, Willis and his team are 100% focused on expanding awareness of the company while exponentially enhancing the volume and quality of sales leads.
Prior to joining Verivo, Willis held marketing, creative, technical, and business development roles at companies including KPMG-CT, a division of KPMG Management Services in the Netherlands, C-Bridge Internet Solutions, ModelGolf, Cambridge Technology Group, and the Bank of Tokyo. Willis is active within a wide range of industry groups dedicated to the growth and health of the industries he serves. He holds a BA in English, Theatre, and Philosophy from Gettysburg College.
Matt Schlessman responsible for all sales and relationship management activities at Verivo Software. He is passionate about leveraging technology to help people and businesses address pressing challenges and has used this passion to build a track record of success. Most recently, Schlessman successfully built Verivo’s Relationship Management organization which is responsible for driving customer success and satisfaction.
Prior to Verivo, Schlessman held a wide range of positions including sales, professional services, relationship management and business development at industry-leading companies Acquia, 170 Systems (acquired by Kofax in 2009) and Manhattan Associates. Schlessman has a BSME from University of Minnesota where he was a NCAA Div 1 All-American and Big10 Champion swimmer.
