Chief Operating Officer
Gregg Bjork sets the strategy and manages all aspects of Verivo Software, bringing more than 25 years of experience in back-office and front-office operations, team building, and leadership to the company. He leads the company with a go-to-market focus on integrating all functional areas in support of attracting, acquiring, managing, and supporting customers and partners of all sizes.
Prior to joining Verivo, Gregg was an independent advisor working with companies at all stages of development that needed leadership to launch new products, execute operational turnaround, design and implement new processes for scale, and build and grow new teams. Before that, he was President and CEO of Bradford Networks, where he rebuilt the organization while increasing revenue, and CEO of WebLayers, where he grew the start-up into a leading independent policy management company. He holds a BS from Worcester State College.

Chief Technology Officer
Arny Epstein is responsible for leading the company’s technology roadmap and overseeing execution of global product development strategy and product management operations. With 30 years of software leadership experience, Arny has a track record of driving innovation in organizations and managing multi-product architecture.
Prior to joining Verivo Software, Arny was CTO at Liquid Machines, where he was responsible for product evangelism and overall product-line architecture. Previously, he was co-founder and CTO of SilverStream Software, where he evaluated and managed the company’s technical opportunities, investments and strategic partnerships, and also led architectural consistency across products. He was CTO at Watermark and chief architect at Lotus Development Corporation. Arny holds a Ph.D. in Astrophysics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Chief Marketing Officer
Coco Jaenicke has more than 20 years of experience in marketing at high-tech software start-ups, with a focus on building teams with a metrics-based approach and working with products in emerging markets. She has played a pivotal role in launching successful go-to-market strategies at several enterprise infrastructure companies.
Prior to joining Verivo, Coco was VP of Marketing at Tokutek and held senior positions at integration software and data management software companies. She was instrumental in implementing low-touch marketing engines, seeing organizations through major transitions, and marketing to corporate IT departments at companies including FuseSource, SilverStream, and Object Design. Coco holds a BS from Brown University and an MS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Chief Financial Officer
Tom Trometer is responsible for the financial management of Verivo’s operations. In this role he provides oversight for the financial management of the business, directs the corporate treasury function, establishes the protocols and standards for internal reporting, including Human Resources, and assist in building the business model and plan, shareholder communication, and risk management for the company.
Tom has over 25 years of experience and has served as the CFO for both publicly traded and privately held companies, and has extensive experience with small, innovative, pioneering companies. Mr. Trometer is a CPA with a BS in accounting from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY

Director, Client Services
Ken has more than 15 years of relationship management experience working with enterprise accounts, with a focus on customer retention, client partnership and account growth through consultative selling. Ken leads the support, professional services and relationship management teams at Verivo with customer success being the key goal.
Prior to joining the company, Ken was a Senior Relationship Manager at Charles River Development where he successfully managed and grew enterprise accounts by creating executive level relationships across each organization. Prior to Charles River, Ken spent 6 years at Thomson Financial (now Thomson Reuters). Ken began his career with Pioneer Investments in Boston. Ken holds a BA in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University and a MBA from Northeastern University.
