Client Relationship Manager (East Coast Territory)

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving exceptional relationship development and significant revenue expansion with existing clients. We’re looking for high-energy, self-motivated, and highly organized individuals with a passion for technology and customer success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and grow ongoing consultative relationships with clients, achieving high levels of client satisfaction and significant account growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within current accounts in order to significantly grow revenues within the client base
  • For key accounts, develop and execute strategic account plans that maximize client relationships, drive business, measure client satisfaction and pursue growth/expansion opportunities
  • Demonstrate innovation by developing and implementing strategy, vision, and continuous improvement initiatives on client accounts
  • Serve as a “voice of the customer” within the Verivo organization.  This will include gathering product feedback and details on mobile strategy across clients to subsequently drive internal cross-departmental communication and coordination (as it pertains to Verivo product features, delivery, customer-facing operations, and sales / marketing opportunities).

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years of enterprise account management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proven track record in attaining/exceeding quota-based metrics
  • Strategic account planning experience
  • Technically proficient, having ability to understand and converse on technical/software concepts
  • Extensive experience in executing strategic account plans
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • A great sense of humor and the desire to work as a key member of a fantastic team
