The Engagement Manager is responsible for successful project delivery, measured in customer satisfaction, budget, and time-frame adherence, and typically manages between six and eight customer projects at once. The Engagement Manager role is one of trusted adviser to the customer and actively contributes to the success of all client engagements through a combination of delivery management, client management, expectation management, implementation expertise, and understanding and execution of the Verivo implementation methodology.
